Back again after a protracted holiday and paternity leave (for those interested - it was a girl). I'm back and at least I'm getting back into the groove work-wise at least.
Anyway, I came across this wonderful site today which I thought was really smart. Basically, its an online UML-based Class Diagram modller that allows you as a developer to create class diagrams online and print them off.
OK - this isn't a proper CASE tool as such, but its a very cool utility for quickly modelling an application without firing up a gigantic interface, determining which templates to use and having to build a variety of supporting objects to ensure that any background UML consistency checkers do not start complaining.
Its actually developed completely in Flash and can also output ActionsScript 1.0 code I believe - however, it wouldn't be a great leap of faith to output C# or VB.NET code as well. Maybe not brilliant for top-level software architects, but for academic instutions, hobbyists and a bit of fun RAD its pretty smart.
