The Beta release for CodeIt.Once - Refactoring Add-In for VS 2003 and VS 2005 has just been announced. I have had a play around with the Alpha release and so am looking forward to giving the Beta release a go over the next few weeks.
To participate in the Beta Experience progrm you will need to fill in a short form and register. For more details check out the link above. As soon as I've had a look at the Beta version I'll post a short review. I've already downloaded it and, wife permitting ;-) , will give it ago before I go away to the MVP Asia Summit this weekend :)
