Robert (aka hotdog) and his wife Barbara arrived on Wednesday and are staying with us for a week. They're here for the christening of my daughter Sophie and are going to be godparents. Their flight was due to arrive at 10am on Wednesday and I made it to the airport running rather late with about 2 minutes to spare only to find that the arrival was delayed a further 20 minuutes. The 20 minutes actually turned out to be 40 minutes and was apparently caused by the airline forgetting to refuel the airplane at Schiphol airport

We met Edward yesterday for the first time too. It's a bit strange that this is the second time of meeting Robert and Barbara but only the first time of meeting Edward despite the fact he only lives 10 miles away
