It chuffing freezing this morning. It dropped to -5 deg C last night and everything is white over with frost last night. It looks nice and festive now ... bah humbug.
I hurt my back when we went to see Thomas the Tank Engine on Saturday then spent most of Saturday night putting Christmas decorations up on the ceiling. It possibly wasn't the best thing to do with a bad back because yesterday it was hurting quite a lot and Lez ended up having to put the tree up herself. I helped decorate it because she couldn't reach right to the top (despite having a cracking pair of long legs on her) or round the back of the tree. I then went on to put Christmas lights around the kitchen window and Callum and Declan's bedroom window. Which hurt my back even more. Anyway, I took a couple of pain killers (after Lez nagged me into it) and it seems to be 99% better this morning.
I took a picture of the Christmas Tree this morning - with all the lights of in the room and just the tree lights on. The digital camera takes better pictures in the bloody dark than it does in daylight!
