Following on from this thread ...
Week 1 went well - I lost 5lb (2.3kg). Week 2 I don't think is going to be good. I was ill on Friday and Saturday and didn't eat properly. Most people think that not eating will make you lose weight but other than if you actually starve yourself it will make you put weight on because your body thinks it's being starved and will store what you do eat as fat. Anyway, I will weigh myself tomorrow night and post up the result.

I lost 2.5lb (just over 1kg) this week bringing total weight loss for 2 weeks to 7.5lb.
