I knew it was too good to be true! I put on 2.5lb (about 1kg) last week. I think it was possibly due to the kids being off school and me not getting my morning walk taking them to school. I did lose a bit too much weight last week - small regular amounts is good, rapid weight loss isn't. Anyway, I've joined a gym. Yes, I've joined a gym. Ok, I'll say it a third time. I (that is, me) have joined a gym (place where where you go to exercise).
