I've been hanging around
Telford Live for a couple of weeks now and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. Considering the level of apathy and lack of community feeling in Telford (I think this is something they failed to predict when they had the "New Town" idea back in the 60's) there's a good few regular posters. Well worth a visit even if you're not from Telford.

Last week I lost 2lb (about 1kg) so I've now lost 1st 3lb (just over 7.5kg).
