Labour Party breaks the law

Just popped over to Guido Fawkes' blog and I see he's been having some fun.  Apparently, the Labour Party disclosed personal details to an outside email marketing company who also embedded tracking links into their emails to track the recipients internet usage when they followed a link off the email.  They have also ignored his requests for information under the Data Protection Act.  His criticism of the man behind the campaign, Zack Exley, resulted in Zack threatening to sue him.  It's good to see the government dealing with such responsible and professional people.

Ok, so lets see.  We've got a Lame Duck Prime Minister, Minority Rule in England and now someone working for the Labour Party threatening to sue a blogger for telling the truth about him and the Labour Party breaking the law.  It's great living in a democracy.
